Objective:
This service is organized to help children in Ethiopia who came from poor families without any financial income or from those who run big families with low income so that they can be able to attend schools and later acquire different professional trainings to be self-relayants.
Activity:
At present 90 children, aged 7-12, who come from very poor families and/or rely on the help of other friends, are being helped by this Ministry in the vicinity of Debre-Zeit town. The way the charity is offered:- Provide necessary materials for their schoolings, uniforms and clothings and items for their basic needs to enable the children to go to school while living with their parents Provide financial aid to the parents or foster parents to enable them improve the children’s feeding condition daily. Provide professional training and arrange possibilities by rendering financial aid to parents who have strength and are able to work. Beyond helping the children and their parents, to preach and teach God’s kingdom in collaboration with the local churches.
Operation:
This ministry executes it’s task in collaboration with “Äthiopische Hilfe”, a legalized Christian charity organization in Germany and with a branch of Charity and development Association called “Beria”, a legalized organization in Ethiopia.
Financial Source:
The service obtains permanent financial aid from voluntary individuals who contribute 15€ per month for each child. Though the work has started with 90 children, there are many who should be taken care of in the same manner, and to render help as planned, more financial aid is required.
